Description

For all persons, OBTHEXSRC is a set of summary expenditure variables indicating the total amount paid for health care expenditures for care from office-based OT/PT therapists by source of payment during the current calendar year. By adding OBTHEXSRC to your data cart, you are in effect adding fourteen annual summary office-based OT/PT therapist expenditure variables. These variables include:

• OBTHEXSEL: Annual total direct health care payments made by self/family to office-based OT/PT therapists

• OBTHEXMC: Annual total of direct health care payments made by Medicare to office-based OT/PT therapists

• OBTHEXMA: Annual total of direct health care payments made by Medicaid to office-based OT/PT therapists

• OBTHEXPR: Annual total of direct health care payments made by private insurance to office-based OT/PT therapists

• OBTHEXVA: Annual total of direct health care payments made by the Veterans' Administration to office-based OT/PT therapists

• OBTHEXTR: Annual total of direct health care payments made by TRICARE to office-based OT/PT therapists

• OBTHEXOF: Annual total of direct health care payments made by other Federal sources to office-based OT/PT therapists

• OBTHEXOL: Annual total of direct health care payments made by other State and local sources to office-based OT/PT therapists

• OBTHEXWC: Annual total of direct health care payments made by Worker's Compensation to office-based OT/PT therapists

• OBTHEXOPR: Annual total of direct health care payments from other private source to office-based OT/PT therapists

• OBTHEXOPU: Annual total of direct health care payments from other public source to office-based OT/PT therapists

• OBTHEXOS: Annual total of direct health care payments made by other unclassified sources to office-based OT/PT therapists

• OBTHEXPTR: Annual total of direct health care payments made by private insurance and TRICARE to office-based OT/PT therapists

• OBTHEXOT: Annual total of direct health care payments made by all other sources to office-based OT/PT therapists
