Ever had cancer: Skin (don't know what kind)

Description

For persons ages 18 and older who have ever been diagnosed as having cancer or a malignancy of any kind (CANCEREV), CNSKDK indicates if the individual was diagnosed with skin cancer of an unknown type. CNSKDKAG and CNSKDKRMS indicate the age the individual was diagnosed with skin cancer and whether the cancer is in remission, respectively.
