For persons who have already filed federal taxes for the current year (FILEDYN) or who plan to file taxes for the current year (FILEWILL), reported that they will file a joint federal tax return with another person (FILESTATUS), and reported that the person they are filing with jointly is also a member of the Responding Unit (FILEJOINT), FILE2PID reports the Person Identifier (PID) of the second filer.
