Description

For SAQ persons ages 18 and older, FLUVAX12M reports whether the respondent received a flu shot (directly in the arm or into the skin) or a flu vaccine that was sprayed in the nose during the past 12 months.

FLUVAX12M is part of the Self-Administered Questionnaire (SAQ), a pencil-and-paper survey. See (SAQELIG) for more information on the SAQ.
