Description

For children ages 0 to 17 who have ever been given advice by a doctor or other health provider about using a booster seat while riding in the car (BSTADV), BSTADVWHN reports when the doctor or other health provider gave the advice using a booster seat.

Beginning in 2018 BSTADVWHN is fielded every other year and will only be collected in even years. See our user note for more details on this and other changes that occurred in 2018.
