Description
Beginning in 2013, all households were asked if anyone age five and above in the family speaks a language other than English (OTHLANGFAM). If the response to OTHLANGFAM was "yes," the respondent who lives in a household with someone who speaks a language other than English was then asked how well the respondent speaks English
