Description

Beginning in 2013, all households were asked if anyone age five and above in the family speaks a language other than English (OTHLANGFAM). If the response to OTHLANGFAM was "yes," the respondent was then asked if the person in their family who speaks a language other than English speaks Spanish or some other language at home.
