For all persons, MOMPIDRD reports the PID of the person's mother, if they are present in the household. In 1996 only, MOMPIDRD reports the PID of the person's mother only for persons who were eligible in rounds 1 and 2 (ELIGRD).
MOMPIDRD is a 3-digit numeric variable.
000 = Mother not present
996 = NIU (1996 only)
