Description

For all persons, AMNPEXSRC is a set of summary expenditure variables indicating the total amount paid to ambulatory nurse practitioners by source of payment during the current calendar year. By adding AMNPEXSRC to your data cart, you are in effect adding fourteen annual summary ambulatory nurse practitioner expenditure variables. These variables include:

• AMNPEXSEL: Annual total direct health care payments made by self/family to ambulatory nurse practitioners

• AMNPEXMC: Annual total of direct health care payments made by Medicare to ambulatory nurse practitioners

• AMNPEXMA: Annual total of direct health care payments made by Medicaid to ambulatory nurse practitioners

• AMNPEXPR: Annual total of direct health care payments made by private insurance to ambulatory nurse practitioners

• AMNPEXVA: Annual total of direct health care payments made by the Veterans' Administration to ambulatory nurse practitioners

• AMNPEXTR: Annual total of direct health care payments made by TRICARE to ambulatory nurse practitioners

• AMNPEXOF: Annual total of direct health care payments made by other Federal sources to ambulatory nurse practitioners

• AMNPEXOL: Annual total of direct health care payments made by other State and local sources to ambulatory nurse practitioners

• AMNPEXWC: Annual total of direct health care payments made by Worker's Compensation to ambulatory nurse practitioners

• AMNPEXOPR: Annual total of direct health care payments from other private source to ambulatory nurse practitioners

• AMNPEXOPU: Annual total of direct health care payments from other public source to ambulatory nurse practitioners

• AMNPEXOS: Annual total of direct health care payments made by other unclassified sources to ambulatory nurse practitioners

• AMNPEXPTR: Annual total of direct health care payments made by private insurance and TRICARE to ambulatory nurse practitioners

• AMNPEXOT: Annual total of direct health care payments made by all other sources to ambulatory nurse practitioners
