Description

For veterans (ARMFEV) who asked for their health records from their primary care provider or Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) at the VA in the last year (VET12MPCPASKREC), VET12MPCPGETREC indicates how often the respondent felt that they received those health records as soon as they needed. Answer choices include "Never", "Sometimes", "Usually", and "Always".

This variable is part of the Veteran Self-Administered Questionnaire (VSAQ), which was fielded in 2018 and 2019 and collected information on veterans' health conditions and health care services.
