For all persons, POPPIDRD reports the PID of the person's father, if they are present in the household. In 1996 only, POPPIDRD reports the PID of the person's father only for persons who were eligible in rounds 1 and 2 (ELIGRD).
POPPIDRD is a 3-digit numeric variable.
